Sa3ka Earn ("we," "our," or "us") provides a reward-based mobile application that allows users to earn points and redeem rewards by completing offers, surveys, and referring friends. By downloading, accessing, or using the Sa3ka Earn application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Sa3ka Earn allows you to earn points ("Coins" or "Credits") by completing tasks, surveys, offers, and referring new users. These points are virtual and hold no monetary value outside the Service. Points can be redeemed for rewards such as gift cards, game cards, e-wallet cash, or recharge codes, subject to availability and the minimum withdrawal thresholds.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request deletion.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SA3KA EARN, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Morocco.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
